For 7 years he served as consultant of Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Management Consulting Firm. In addition, he worked as CFO for Salutia.com. and held the position of financial analyst at Procter & Gamble. In 2007 he received the Endeavor 2007 award. Now, Mr. Frenkel is also in the board of CIPPEC (Non profit organization that fosters the implementation of public policies for equity and growth).

Sebastián (Buenos Aires, 1973), Certified Accountant with wide experience in the hospitality industry. Mr. Piaggi has served as Manager of the Dazzler Libertad hotel and has also been responsible for the finances of Fën since its creation. Previously, he had worked as Administrative Manager for the restaurant chain Hereford.

Ivan (Buenos Aires, 1974), graduated from Universidad Di Tella with a degree in Business Administration, Mr. Kozicki coordinated all hotel openings of Fën Hoteles and is now responsible for the business development. Mr. Kozicki had previously held the positions of Corporate Marketing Manager for CTI and Brand Manager for Shell Capsa.

He is the Managing Director of Boyden International Recruiting in Argentina, and has accumulated a wide range of expertise working for several domestic and international companies such as Caterpillar Dealership in Argentina and Atanor.

Esteban (Buenos Aires 1975) holds a MBA degree from UCEMA and a Certified Public Accountant degree from UBA. Before joining Fën, he was General Manager and Regional Director of Operations for Latin America at Universal Assitance, in charge of over 450 staff. Previously, he had served as Operations and Logistics Manager, and Administration and Finance Manager and Controller for Vittal Socorro Médico Privado. He also developed the franchising system for Vittal and opened its first franchise in 2000 in the city of Cordoba.

She entered into the hotel business in the year 2000 with the Construction of Camberland de Pilar hotel, which is considered one of the most outstanding architecture projects of 2000.
